It took over 7 weeks to get the new elec upgrade installed and inspected, the state was in a shut-down during that time, so the backup of inspections was out of control. Then it took 3 more weeks before Excel came out to swap the over head lines from the rotting mast to the new metal pole. I was out of town for that transfer. So they did it, but they hooked up the "rats nest" of long tails to the old wooden mast from the new metal one. Lots of calls and I was told that they could not visualize my problem from the office. So I made contact with a local line man that had been to the house before. And guess what? After looking at it he also decided that this was wrong and a mistake. So with no work order and no more visualization he got a ladder out and 1/2 hour latter had it fixed. Now we are just a few weeks from a furnace install, I hope, and then will get some ins agents out here.
