Check out the location of lot F-3 on the LAT map. This was a handpicked lot with the intent to have a quiet location within the interior of the project. We were one of the first 20 people to purchase and one of the first to close on 24 March 2009.
I assume you probably landed here with some previous information. A lot has happened, all good, to the project since we closed and detailed information is available.
Lots have sold in the past for 100k..90k..85k and possibly for a little less. The price for this one is currently 75k. LAT is one the first if not the first project that offers 5 acres of property with full title and a comprehensive plan.
