A week on Isla at Casa Azul.  The wedding of Little Rob and Krista.
Off to Cancun, Club Regina for a week.

The neighborhood near Casa Azul.

Crab in the morning, crab in the evening, crab at supper time..

Can you say sandal in Spanish? If so I have a great little local place for you.
Also serving salbutes, panuchos and caldos
on Isla.

Free artwork from the beach.

This may be the weirdest home on Isla.

Sometimes referred to as the "crayon house."  Right next to Casa Azul.

The groom..little Rob.

I picked these from the deserted house next door to the wedding site.

The view from Club Regina...that's the entire strip in Cancun.

Mona's favorite..mine too..Sopa de elote..only made after you order.

Welcome to the casino.

This museum is world class when it come to collections from differing cultures in MX.  It is brand new and right on strip.  By the way it is free for those over 60 if you are a Mx citizen. 50p otherwise.

A party that really delivered

November 16th we attended a baby shower given by our neighbors.  Open bar, tons of tacos, music, games, lots of family from the area and three "gringos"...

Its a long story.

My MEX "grand kid"..Marvin

This what happens when the fog machine sets off the fire alarm and delays the party for an hour which the po-po and the fire chief try to turn it off.

Cookies and Adrian..wait for it

Yummy..lets eat baby food with a blindfold.

Oh by the way.  No one came home that night till after 3am.  I got very worried about it.  No worry.  Cookies was due in Jan but little Randy decided that during the clean up after the party he would arrive that night at 4lbs 4 oz.  This photo was taken after 5 weeks and he was finally home from the hospital.
